Republication Policy

We love that our articles strike a chord with you, and we’re thrilled when you want to share them. However, we do have rules regarding republication. Copying, pasting and republishing our articles in their entirety, without permission, will not be tolerated.

Social Solutions Collective articles may be republished via your blog only – they are not to be republished or repurposed in any other media or format, including but not exclusive to ebooks, slideshows, videos, Facebook images/posts, Google+ images/posts, products and/or promotional items, etc.

You may choose to repost our articles in one of two ways:

1. Republication In Full

If you are interested in republishing a Social Solutions Collective article in full, you must make contact with the owner of Social Solutions Collective and secure the rights and express permission to do so. Our authors and contributors cannot grant this permission. Only authorized publishers, vetted by Social Solutions Collective will be allowed to republish posts in their entirety and these are the additional guidelines you must agree and adhere to:

  • You agree to not republish a full post unless you have received permission to do so (contact [email protected]).
  • You agree that you will not republish that full post until at least 7 days after the post was originally published and/or you’ve received permission by Social Solutions Collective.
  • You agree to republish the post exactly as it appears on Social Solutions Collective, with the post title, chosen images and all links intact.
  • You agree that the republication will also include the full biography of the original author; again, including all links within that profile.
  • You agree to provide a link back to the URL of the original post with the following anchor text “Republished with permission, courtesy of the Social Solutions Collective.”

2. Republication In Part

If you are interested in republishing a Social Solutions Collective article in part, you are free to do so without contacting Social Solutions Collective, provided you adhere to the following guidelines:

  • You agree to publish a quote or excerpt of, at maximum, 100 words from the original article.
  • You agree to republish the partial post exactly as it appears on Social Solutions Collective, with the proper formatting and all links intact.
  • You agree that the republication will also include the full biography of the original author; again, including all links within that profile.
  • You agree to provide a link back to the URL of the original post with the following anchor text “To read this article in its entirety, visit Social Solutions Collective.”

Republication Rights

Any written work submitted and posted to the Social Solutions Collective is owned by the Social Solutions Collective. The Social Solutions Collective expressly reserves any additional republication rights, except insofar as specific arrangements are made with additional publishers.

Contributors retain all intellectual property rights and creative rights in any other designs, graphics or images they may publish in conjunction with their articles published on Social Solutions Collective, as long as they are secondary and not necessary for comprehension of the post itself. If Social Solutions Collective content is embedded within a video, slideshow or other media and is necessary for understanding the post, the Social Solutions Collective retains ownership of that property.

If you have any questions about our republication policy, please make contact before any republishing is undertaken.
